AliNexa Innovation is a UK-registered agency placing tech talent in the UK market. We’re building our recruitment desk and need someone sharp to source IT vacancies from UK employers who are open to working with our agency model.

What you’ll do

• Search UK job boards (LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, CV-Library, TotalJobs, CWJobs) for live IT vacancies from employers open to agency introductions.
• Contact UK hiring managers and HR teams via LinkedIn and email to introduce AliNexa’s recruitment services.
• Qualify employers on willingness to work with a UK-registered, overseas-delivered agency model.
• Maintain a structured tracker of employer contacts, terms agreed, and active vacancies.
• Build familiarity with common IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, PMs) to brief the delivery team accurately.
• Follow up persistently to convert warm contacts into signed terms of business.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years in recruitment, talent sourcing, or UK-market sales — UK recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of UK IT roles and the tech recruitment landscape.
• Professional written English for UK employer outreach.
• Resilient, organised, and comfortable with high-volume cold outreach.
• Familiarity with UK recruitment norms (PSL, terms of business) is a bonus.
