AliNexa Innovation is a UK-based technology company with a growing Pakistan team. We build world-class digital products — from websites and mobile apps to enterprise software and SaaS platforms — for clients across the globe. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to fuel our growth by finding, qualifying, and converting leads for our software and IT services.

What you’ll do

• Research and identify prospective clients across target markets (UK, US, Middle East) needing web, mobile, or software development services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery conversations to assess budget, timeline, and fit.
• Maintain and update CRM records with pipeline activity, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes.
• Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified leads and booked discovery calls.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, converting them into repeat clients.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development — IT/software services preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); confident engaging international clients.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of software development services — you don’t need to code, but you need to talk the talk.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a genuine drive to hit targets.
