Business Development Executive — KinderByte (EdTech)

KinderByte is an early years education management system designed for the UK market — helping nurseries, preschools, and childcare settings run more efficiently and deliver better outcomes. We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to grow KinderByte’s client base across the UK education sector.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and research UK early years settings — nurseries, preschools, childminders, EYFS departments — as KinderByte prospects.
  • Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and UK education directories.
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand prospects’ current systems, pain points, and readiness to switch.
  • Book product demos and discovery calls; manage pipeline in CRM.
  • Research UK competitors and sector trends to sharpen outreach messaging.
  • Relay client feedback and objections to the product team.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience — EdTech or SaaS background is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable engaging UK education professionals.
  • Genuine interest in education technology; willing to learn the KinderByte platform thoroughly.
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven — you follow up without being chased.
  • Ability to work UK-aligned or overlap hours when needed.
